98 kg gold, 307 kg silver, Rs 11.6 cr cash found in Sai Baba's personal chamber - The Economic Times: "BANGALORE: A dazzling array of gold and silver jewellery and cash worth Rs 11.6 crore was found in the personal chambers of the late spiritual guru Sri Sathya Sai Baba on Friday.
Trustees of the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust (SSCT), who opened the doors to his personal chamber in the presence of legal luminaries and income-tax officials, found 98 kgs of gold, 307 kg of silver ornaments and cash.
Sai Baba's nephew RJ Ratnakar said on Friday that the money and the ornaments have been deposited in the State Bank of India account in Prasanthi Nilayam. He added that the trust members have not found any will by Sai Baba."
