More than 'Dove"ish - it is "Lever"ish

Hindustan Unilever staff get record bonuses after two-year freeze - The Economic Times: "India's largest consumer product firm, Hindustan Unilever (HUL), has given its highest bonus in recent years to managers, including the leadership team. Two years ago, parent company Unilever CEO Paul Polman had frozen the remuneration packages of executive directors and members of senior management until the organisation got its act right in the marketplace and reported improved growth.

Those restrictions have now been lifted-at least in India. Board members have taken home several crores while senior and mid-level managers have earned bonuses up to Rs 40 lakh and Rs 20 lakh respectively, say senior HUL officials.
The view at HUL is it's not been a freeze but a deferred bonus."
